OG 1.060 - 1.064 (mash efficiency 75%)

    1078 g   (2lb 6oz)       Pale Malt

       212 g  (7.5 oz)        Amber Malt
        19g   (0.67 oz)       Fuggles

          5g   (0.18 oz)       Goldings (late add to boil)

          3g   (0.11 oz)       Goldings (dry hop)

   

Stiff mash at 65.5ºC (150ºF)

Mature for 2 - 3 months

NOTE: Recipe in Old British Beers produces an OG of 1.070 - 75
