Well flavoured medium gravity mild ale.

 

For 1 gallon (4.5 ltr)

 

   1 lb  14 oz (850g)    Pale Malt

        10.8 oz (306g)    Wheat Malt

          3.2 oz (90g)      Amber Malt

          0.8 oz (23g)      Black Malt

          0.8 oz (23g)      Fuggles Hops

       + 0.1 oz (3 g)       Dry hops

 

Mash grain at 150º F (66±1º C).

Mature for 3 - 4 weeks
