2 lb 5oz (1050 g) Oat Malt
6.1 oz (174 g) Pale Malt
3.1 oz (99 g) Amber Malt
4 oz (112 g) Dark Caramel
2 oz (56 g) White Sugar
0.9 oz (25 g) Fuggles Hops
Mash at 66 ºC (150ºF).
Mature fro 4 - 6 weeks
